As a kid, I wanted to be an artist when I grew up. Then it was a professional baseball player. By junior high my goal had shifted to becoming an architect, merging my passions for both art and science, but by the time I graduated high school I was 100% committed to a career in the performing arts.
As an actor / juggler / entertainer I have met a lot of wonderful people, been able to do some traveling and make my passion my work. I have produced award winning video and theatrical projects, assisted in a photography studio, written for both stage and film, managed a booking agency and worked at a casting company. Life has been full and very busy, but everything changed in 2008.
When my first son Cale was born, I became a part time, stay at home dad. While hanging out with my boy, I picked up a DSLR camera to capture him in his early stages of life. I started taking pictures and didn’t stop. It felt right. My love for art and composition. My love for light in theatre and on film. My love for people. My love for design. Put those ingredients together and you get Photography.
Today, I’m back where I started as a small child – making my living as an artist. My passion for photography and videography has grown, my drive to create art has been rekindled and my love for people has deepened. Not many people can say they love what they do and I am extremely grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. Thanks for taking the time to “meet” me. Now, I’d love to meet you – give me a call and let’s work together!
